Pathway to Pipeline

Pathway to Pipeline is an event focused on bringing together regional employers and sharing strategies for building a talent pipeline by supporting students in career pathways in the greater Antioch Unified School District communities. This event will kick off LaunchPath in the Antioch region. LaunchPath is an online platform that simplifies the process of scaling quality internships and work-based learning opportunities. • Chancellors, Superintendents, Deans and other leaders in the education field who want to engage with regional employers.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT

Supporting high school and community college pathways and engaging students is easier than most employers realize and is a positive benefit to the organization and its employees. To ensure high school and community college students in pathway programs are prepared for success in school and the workplace, it is essential for employers to come alongside schools and provide internships and other opportunities for students to learn the world of work. Employer partners are critical to creating an engaged prepared, and productive future workforce in the Antioch region, ready to succeed in college, career and life, and we look forward to collaborating with you and hearing your ideas about expanding work-based learning in our region.
